Returns and Refunds Policy
While we at RACE-LEADER.COM strive to do our best to have you 100% satisfied with your purchase, we understand there will be circumstances in which you may need to return an item. Please follow the directions and policies concerning returns and refunds here. Returns will be accepted up to 30 days past date of invoice - returns after 30 days will not be accepted. To make sure the item(s) being returned get quickly processed, please follow the following process and guidelines.
All returns must be pre-approved and have an RGA (return goods authorization) number. Please call 1-844-RACELDR to receive RGA number prior to shipping your return parts. All item(s) to be returned must be accompanied by an RGA number and be in its original packaging. Item(s) must be unused, unaltered, and unchanged from its original condition (unless it is a potential warranty issue). A copy of the invoice must be returned with the item(s). The RGA number should be clearly written on the invoice copy. Any items returned that do not meet this criteria may be subjected to an additional handling/restocking fee or refusal.
Pack the item(s) carefully to avoid damage during return shipping. Always use a sturdy shipping carton to ship them back. Print your RGA number on the outside of the shipping carton. Please do not write on, use tape, or affix shipping labels to the product package itself, because we wish to return it to stock and cannot sell an item with defaced packaging.
Please include copy of the original invoice inside your package. Write the RGA number on the invoice copy. Returns will be assessed a $4.50 processing fee per RGA number.
Refunds for the price of the merchandise and any applicable sales tax, less processing fee and possible handling/restock fees, will be made to the customer's credit card upon receipt and inspection of returned item(s).
No returns on special order items, discontinued, clearance, non-stocking items or custom fabricated items. Any sign of use or installation may result in a NO refund.
No refunds on freight. (***The return of an item purchased with a "Free Shipping" or "Flat Rate Shipping" promotion will effectively void the shipping promotion and the refund will be subject to a restock fee of up to equal value of the original order shipping cost. This cost will be deducted from the refund issued for this returned item.)
Sorry, we can not accept returns on any opened computer software or consumable type products (brake fluid, polishes, cleaners, etc.)
Absolutely no returns will be accepted without a valid RMA number. Due to the nature of their use, racing parts are not covered by warranty once they have been used. When it is determined the part is defective, we will either replace it according to the manufacturer's policy or offer you a refund (depending on warranty from each manufacturer). No refunds will be given on shipping charges.
